We keep watch over your IT.

Observity is a managed IT provider in Fort Lauderdale for businesses and K–12 schools. We monitor every device, patch and backup around the clock, fix problems before they reach your people, and report back in plain English.

Like the lights on a harbor chart, every check we run has its own rhythm: device health every 60 seconds, patches every six hours, backups verified every night.

Managed IT for businesses

For offices across Broward and southern Palm Beach County that want IT handled properly without building an IT department. Security, backups and monitoring are part of every plan.

Built for K–12 schools

Private, faith-based and charter schools run on fixed calendars, tight budgets and rules most IT firms have never read. We plan around testing windows and summer breaks, and we know CIPA, E‑Rate and Florida’s school safety requirements.

Ready before the cone shifts

Every client gets a written hurricane runbook. When the National Hurricane Center issues a watch, we already know what happens next.

  1. June 1

    Season opens

We run a full restore test, confirm off-site copies, check UPS batteries and update your staff contact list.

  2. About 48 hours out

    Hurricane watch

Final backups verified, cloud failover confirmed, and remote access tested with everyone who will need it.

  3. About 36 hours out

On-site servers and network gear shut down in order, unplugged and raised off the floor. Phones forwarded to mobiles.

  4. After landfall

    All clear

Equipment powered up in sequence, backup internet until your provider returns, and a damage report before you reopen.

Backup and disaster recovery

How we start

  1. A 30-minute call

We ask how things work today and what's frustrating. No sales deck.

  2. An assessment

We inventory devices, accounts, backups and security gaps. You get a written report whether or not you hire us.

  3. Onboarding

Over about 30 days we install monitoring, document everything and fix the riskiest problems first.

  4. Ongoing care

Monitoring, help desk and a quarterly review of what we found and what comes next.
