Classroom devices and 1:1 programs

A 1:1 program depends on logistics: devices enrolled before the first bell, broken screens swapped by lunch, and a plan for the year an entire model stops getting updates. We run that cycle so teachers can teach.

What’s included

Fleet management
Chromebooks in the Google Admin console, iPads through Apple School Manager and your MDM, Windows devices in Intune for Education, with policies set by grade level.
Deployment
Asset tagging, enrollment and distribution before school starts, with every serial number tied to a student in your inventory.
Repair and loaners
On-campus triage, a loaner pool so no student goes without a device, and warranty or accidental-damage claims handled for you.
Lifecycle planning
We track each model's automatic update expiration date and build refresh budgets years ahead.
Rostering and accounts
Your student information system connected to Google or Microsoft through ClassLink or Clever, so accounts are created and removed automatically.
Classroom technology
Teacher laptops, interactive displays, document cameras and projectors kept in working order.

A good fit if

  • Device problems pull teachers away from instruction.
  • Nobody knows exactly how many devices you own or who has them.
  • A batch of Chromebooks is nearing its update expiration date and isn't in the budget.

Questions we hear

Do you sell devices?

We can source devices at education pricing or work with devices you buy yourself. Either way, we enroll and manage them.

Can you manage a mix of Chromebooks and iPads?

Yes. Most schools have both, often iPads in the early grades and Chromebooks from third grade up. We manage each in its native console.

What happens over the summer?

We collect, clean, repair and reimage devices, retire models that have reached update expiration, and have everything re-enrolled before teachers return.
