Microsoft 365, Google Workspace and cloud

Most offices already pay for Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace and use a fraction of it. We set up your tenant correctly, move your mail and files without losing a weekend, and make sure you pay only for the licenses you use.

What’s included

Migrations
Moves from on-premises servers, old hosting providers, or between Microsoft and Google, scheduled around your working hours.
Tenant setup and hardening
Security defaults, retention policies, sharing rules and admin roles configured to match how your business works.
Files and collaboration
SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams or Google Drive organized so people can find things and permissions make sense.
Device management
Laptops and phones enrolled in Intune or Google endpoint management, so a lost device can be locked and wiped.
Licensing review
We audit your subscriptions every quarter and right-size them. Unused licenses are usually the quickest savings we find.
Cloud servers
Azure or AWS hosting for line-of-business applications that need to keep running when the office doesn't.

A good fit if

  • You still have a server in a closet running file shares.
  • Staff email files to themselves so they can work from home.
  • Nobody is sure who has admin access to your email.

Questions we hear

Should we use Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace?

It depends on your software and habits. Firms that live in Word and Excel and run desktop line-of-business applications usually fit Microsoft; teams that work in the browser often prefer Google. We'll recommend one and explain why.

Doesn't Microsoft already back up our data?

Microsoft keeps the service running, but deleted and overwritten data has limited retention. We add independent backup for mail, OneDrive, SharePoint and Teams.

How long does a migration take?

Small offices usually move over a single weekend after a week or two of preparation. Larger or more complicated environments move in stages, one department at a time.
