Managed IT and help desk
Your staff gets one place to ask for help and people who already know your setup. Behind the scenes we monitor every workstation, server and network device, keep them patched, and fix problems before they turn into tickets.
What’s included
- Help desk
- Remote and on-site support for every user, handled by engineers who know your environment instead of a call-center script.
- Monitoring
- A lightweight agent on every device reports health, storage, security status and failures around the clock.
- Patch management
- Windows, macOS and third-party application updates tested and rolled out on a schedule that fits your business hours.
- On-site visits
- Engineers on-site across Broward for hardware, cabling and anything that can't be fixed remotely.
- Onboarding and offboarding
- New hires get a working laptop and accounts on day one. Departing staff lose access the hour they leave.
- Vendor management
- We deal with your internet provider, phone vendor, copier company and software support lines so you don't have to.
- Documentation
- Network diagrams, credentials and procedures are written down in a system you can access, and they belong to you.
- Planning and budgets
- Quarterly reviews covering what broke, what's aging out, and a twelve-month budget for replacements.
A good fit if
- You don't have full-time IT staff, or your one IT person needs backup.
- Problems get fixed by whoever is least busy, and nobody is sure where the passwords are.
- You'd rather have one monthly cost than a stack of surprise invoices.
Questions we hear
How is pricing structured?
One flat monthly fee per user or per device, quoted after we've seen your environment. Projects like office moves or migrations are quoted separately, in writing, before work starts.
Do you replace our in-house IT person?
Only if you want us to. Many clients keep an internal IT lead and use us for after-hours monitoring, security, and the projects they don't have time for.
What happens after hours?
Monitoring and alerting run around the clock. Critical alerts, like a server going down or a security event, go straight to an on-call engineer.
How quickly do you respond?
Response targets are written into your agreement. When an office can't work, an engineer starts right away; routine requests are handled the same business day.
